JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Former University of Florida quarterback Tim Tebow was in town today for a charity function.
The 2007 Heisman trophy winner who went to Nease High School and now plays for the Denver Broncos said he remains confident that the players union and the owners can come to some sort of conclusion over collective bargaining.
"Hopefully they'll come to an agreement of some sort some time. I think they'll come to an agreement obviously before the season. Either way I think you've just got to be prepared," Tebow said.
In the event of a lockout, Tebow plans to work out in Arizona.
