Ricardo Juan Rivera-Torres
JACKSONVILLE, FL -- A man featured on "America's Most Wanted" one week ago is sitting in the Duval County Jail tonight.
Ricardo Juan Rivera-Torres is suspected in the 2007 murder of a Pennsylvania man.
U.S. Marshals and Jacksonville Sheriff's Officers arrested Rivera-Torres in Jacksonville Friday night.
The 23-year-old had been in Jacksonville for 18 months, almost the exact amount of time that had passed since the murder.
Investigators say on July 22, 2007, Jonas Strunk, 35, left his mother's home at 2:30 a.m.
As Jonas made his way to his car, detectives say he was ambushed from behind by four men.
After searching his pockets, police say one of the men shot him in the lower left side of his chest at close range as he lay on the ground.
Three of the suspects were quickly rounded up, but until this weekend, investigators were still looking for the fourth suspect -- Ricardo Juan Rivera-Torres.
He was profiled on "America's Most Wanted" on January 17.
JSO & U.S. Marshals arrested him at a southside apartment complex.
Rivera-Torres is expected to make his first court appearance tomorrow. No word yet on when he might be extradited to Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
