Residents of the Cypress Point subdivision are fed up the with construction.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-- Argyle Forest residents are fed up with increasing traffic and noisy construction for the new Costco.

The wholesaler is going up along Interstate 295 and Collins Road, next to the Cyprus Point neighborhood. Residents said they hear loud traffic from the busy interstate and trucks loading supplies, during all hours of the night.

City Councilman Jim Love said he's speaking with concerned residents about ways to improve those issues and address other potential problems as well.

"I'm going to speak with Costco's engineer and see if there's a possibility to build a wall to absorb the sound, and if there are any issues with drainage, then want to address those problems too," Love said.

Love said residents with issues involving Costco are encouraged to contact his office.
