The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and U.S. Department of Energy (EPA) produce the Fuel Economy Guide to help car buyers choose the most fuel-efficient vehicle for their needs.
The estimates are based on laboratory testing. City and highway mpg estimates take into account more aggressive driving (higher speeds and faster acceleration), air conditioner use and cold temperature operation.
The 2008 Fuel Economy Guide allows you to search by manufacturer and model. Just select your manufacturer to begin.
