NEW YORK (AP) - Wall Street awaits the outcome of today's election. As trading began for the week, stocks were little changed, only to rise a bit ahead of the closing bell.
The Dow gained 19 points to 13,112.
The S&P 500 rose 3 points to 1,417, while the Nasdaq surged nearly 18 points to nearly 3,000.
