Nationally ranked high school recruit Jacob Copeland had three choices for his college football team.
Copeland, a Pensacola native, picked the Florida Gators over the Alabama Crimson Tide and the Tennessee Volunteers Wednesday during National Signing Day.
Based on his mom's attire and her decision to abruptly leave his press conference, we have to assume some of Copeland's family members thought he made the wrong choice.
The entire awkward ordeal happened live on ESPN. Copeland's mom eventually returned to the press conference and gave him a big hug.
Copeland weighed in on his decision on social media.
