JACKSONVILLE, FL -- It's crunch time for all those shoppers still trying to fill the holiday wishes of their loved ones. But if you are out of creative ideas already there is help. First Coast News called on two personal shoppers in our area to help us find great last minute gifts.
Jennia White is a personal shopper in Jacksonville. She says there are plenty of unique gifts out there. She has several recommendations.
White says dance lessons are a great gift to give a couple or to give your significant other. Arthur Murray Dance Studios offers four private lessons for a couple at $99. There are three locations on the First Coast. For more information call (904) 745-5000.
There is one home game left for the Jacksonville Jaguars in the regular season. You can give tickets to the December 23rd game as a christmas gift, says White. But the game is two days before christmas so this gift would have to be given a little early.
For friends and co-workers she says find unique picture frames like the cube frame from BomBay. She also recommends a medal candle holder with a decorative cross on the front from BomBay. White says the BomBay stores are going out of business so all of the merchandise is marked down.
Jewelry is very popular this year. But White says you should give jewelry that is rare but won't break the bank. One of White's favorites are 1ct. black diamond earrings from Faith Jewelers. The earrings sell for $199. She also suggests items such as Faith Jewelers' blue and white cluster earrings for around $375. You can accompany the earrings with a color diamond necklace. Most jewelers have a wide variety right now.
Faith Jewelers is location at 1165 S. Edgewood Avenue. For more information call (904) 368-3340.
This holiday season Coach has debuted a new jewelry line. White's favorite piece is a brass gold plated, snaphead necklace. It is adorned with a star and the famous coach tag. It sells for about $128. The new jewelry line includes necklaces, bracelets and rings.
For men, stainless steel bracelets are also a big hit this year. The motorcycle chain link is one of the most popular at Faith Jewelers. it sells for around $69.
White says for children the Sit n' Spin is always a favorite when she gives it as a gift. It is sold at most toy stores for $10 to $20. The Sit n' Spin also comes in Dora, Diego or Spiderman themes.
You can also give unique christmas ordaments. The Jacksonville mother and daughter team at Purple Turtle Crafts make wood-burned, hand-painted gourd ordaments. They hand paint florida scenes, santas and a variety of other art onto the gourdaments. They cost about $10 each or three for $25. They also offer free personalization.
You can order the gourdaments online or by calling (904) 379-7717.
Kelli Osborne with Image International, Inc. says a spa getaway makes a perfect gift for a couple.
The Spa at Sawgrass in Ponte Vedra offers the Limited Edition Veuve Clicquot Couples Package. It includes a massage for two and access to the spa for the full day. Guests are also given a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and two glasses. The spa package cost $400.

For a great hostess gift Osborne recommends the glass candy plate from Williams-Sonoma. It was one of Oprah's Winfrey's favorite gifts. The plate cost about $19.
