- One can corn
- One can cream corn
- One box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Prepare cornbread according to recipe on box.
- Add other items.
- Mix in sour cream
- Bake per Jiffy box instructions
Casserole is ready when golden and no liquid is on top.
