Monday, November 19 Thanksgiving Taste Test recipe: sweet potato casserole.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions:
- Mix and place in greased casserole dish.
Topping instructions:
- Mix 1 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1 cup chopped pecans, 1/3 cup butter.
Preparation:
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
