dale's tuna steaks on the grill
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 tablespoons dale's Seasoning
4 (6-oz) tuna steaks, 3/4 inch thick
Vegetable cooking spray
Place tuna steaks in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag. Combine olive oil and next 6 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Pour marinade mixture over steaks. Seal bag securely; place in a large bowl. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
Remove steaks from marinade. Spray a grill with cooking spray, and place steaks on grill. Cook steaks, covered, over medium coals, basting frequently, for 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
