Chicken with Artichokes

Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

1 packet Amazing Taste® for Poultry

¼ tsp. garlic powder

¼ tsp. oregano flakes

¼ cup white wine, chicken broth, or water

1 cup green onions, chopped

½ lb. mushrooms, sliced

2 6 oz. cans marinated artichoke hearts

Directions
1) Preheat oven to 350°F.

2) Moisten chicken pieces with water. Coat all surfaces with Amazing Taste® for Poultry.

3) In a 2-quart baking dish, mix garlic powder, oregano and liquid. Place chicken in the center of the baking dish.

4) Place green onions, mushrooms and artichoke hearts (including juice) around chicken.

5) Bake covered for 45 minutes or until chicken is done.
