After two years at her job, Brandie believes she was wrongfully terminated from her job because she missed too many work days to care of her sick child.
Brandie, mother of a young child, said "I feel as though my rights were violated."
Here is what FCN suggested she do.
1. Consult a wrongful termination attorney.
2. We researched what your rights are as an employee if you believe you were wrongfully terminated.
A) Nolo.com, a website that says it is a legal encyclopedia, explains what your rights are in a case of what may be wrongful termination.
B) Here are valuable resources from the United States Department of Labor:
Marquice of St. Augustine said he was emotionally hurt and embarrassed after an incident at a local pizza restaurant. He told FCN his pizza was initially incorrect when it came to his home. He took the pizza back and said someone at the restaurant threw the pizza at him and his family.
Marquice did get a refund, but still feels hurt. He asked FCN what options he has.
