JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The red carpet wasn't just busy in Hollywood. It was full of folks in Jacksonville on Sunday night at the CineCityJax Oscar Watch Party at Whisky River.
Jenny Spence who attended the party said, "This is great because we can't be in LA right now so it's nice to have it in Jacksonville."
A live Oscar, played by a real man who was painted gold, had people gathered around him throughout the night.

From fancy drinks to a classic car to well-dressed men and women, the party brought in people associated with the local film making scene.
It all benefited the American Lung Association.
Nicola Barnack with the American Lung Association said, "Over 150 people attended. We look to raise $3,000."
