Criminal Minds star Thomas Gibson was arrested early Sunday in Los Angeles on suspicion of driving under the influence.

Cleon Joseph tells AP that Gibson, 50, was arrested after he drove
through a barricade set up to keep cars off the course of a nighttime
half-marathon taking place in the downtown area. He was booked and
released on $15,000 bail.
According to TMZ,
police stopped Gibson and detected an odor of alcohol. The actor
refused to take a breathalyzer test. He was then arrested on suspicion
of misdemeanor DUI and taken into custody at 1:37 AM.
