Stephen Baldwin has been released after being arrested in New York on
Thursday and charged with failure to file state income taxes for three
years.
The youngest of the Baldwin brothers owes over $350,000 in taxes and penalties, reports the Los Angeles Times.
Baldwin
was arraigned for failing to file tax returns for 2008, 2009 and 2010,
according to the Rockland County district attorney. The 46-year-old Celebrity Apprentice alum and talk-radio host pleaded not guilty.
He's due in court on Feb. 5, and could face up to four years in prison if convicted.
