If you were wondering just how bad that Thanksgiving Day fight was
between Halle Berry men Gabriel Aubry and Olivier Martinez, here's some
evidence.
Photos of Aubry, 36, were released as part of court documents released Monday in Los Angeles.
The
model, who was arrested for battery, went to court to obtain a
restraining order against Martinez.
According to Aubry's court declaration, filed by his lawyer Shawn
Holley, Aubry took daughter Nahla to her school play on the day before
Thanksgiving. TMZ reports
that Berry and Martinez showed up and Martinez walked up to Aubry and
whispered in his ear in French, "I wish I could beat the (expletive) out
of you right now. You're lucky we're in a school right now. We're going
to take Nahla right now and you're not going to follow us."
Aubry
maintains that as he walked toward his car on Thanksgiving Day,
Martinez knocked him to the ground and started brutally beating him,
screaming that Aubry cost them $3 million to fight the custody war
(Halle's failed move to take Nahla to Paris). Aubry says Martinez
slammed his head on the concrete driveway. Martinez's camp maintained it
was Aubry who started the fight.
Aubry is due in court today
to fight the order that was imposed against him to stay 100 yards away
from Berry, Martinez and his daughter until Dec. 3.
