Where is the love?
Justin Bieber (or more importantly, his
devoted fans) might be asking that question after the cold reception he
received during halftime Sunday at Canada's football Grey Cup in
Toronto.
The crowd booed the teen pop star before and during his
set, according to the Associated Press. As soon as his mug appeared on
the giant screen before he took to the stage, the groans of disapproval
began.
Bieber didn't appear fazed, reports AP.
"J-Biebs doesn't scream football, you know? Neither does Carly Rae Jepsen," Calgary's Ryan Prisque, 22, tells the AP.
The
27-year-old Jepsen also received a mixed reaction at first Sunday, but
fared better after winning the crowd over during a medley of her songs,
which included Call Me Maybe.
