Melissa Joan Hart jumped on Twitter on Monday to have a lively debate with her followers as she declared she was backing the Romney/Ryan ticket.

"Finish this sentence for me... Being a republican in Hollywood is like being.....???? #election2012" she said.

One of her favorite answers to that, she said, was: "Best one yet!! RT @SportsTalk2345: @MelissaJoanHart Being a republican in Hollywood is like being a Yankee fan at Fenway Park...."

Then she wrote, "Can't get too political in only 140 chac but for those asking, I'm voting#RomneyRyan."

She went on to say:

"Guess what?A person can care about the earth AND marriage equality AND want the economy back AND ..."

"So let me get this straight... I have the right to chose an abortion but not the right to vote for whomever I chose? #election2012"
