During an interview with the website Spinning Platters, Rashida Jones and her Celeste and Jesse Forever co-star Will McCormack, were having a friendly and candid chat.

Talk turned to Frank Ocean and his recent coming out. McCormack said that it's about time for "a professional athlete" to come out.

"And a movie star! It's time," said Jones. ... "Like John Travolta? Come out! Come on. How many masseurs have to come forward? Let's do this."

Travolta has been the subject of sexual assault allegations made by multiple male massage therapists. Now, she has apologized, saying on Twitter:

"Made a thoughtless comment about John Travolta. I sincerely apologize. Nobody's personal life is my business."
