He's got eight kids with ex-wife Kate Gosselin -- and according to her lawyer, Jon Gosselin is completely off the hook when it comes to paying child support.
Cheryl Young has represented Kate in her ongoing legal battle with her ex-husband, and she told RadarOnline.com that Jon shouldn't be complaining about his money woes:
I read Jon's statement on RadarOnline.com and was quite surprised to read that he claims to be struggling to keep his child support payments current. As of April 27, 2012, Kate voluntarily relieved Jon of all current and future child support obligations for their eight children.
