Jon Bon Jovi is the new face of Avon.

Avon Products just announced that the Wanted Dead or Alive and It's My Life rock star will be the face of "Unplugged" fragrances for men and women. The scents "exude passion, soulfulness and intensity," Avon says in its release.

"Avon, and the Avon Foundation for Women, have given support and a voice to those in need for decades," says Jon Bon Jovi, who is known for his philanthropic work via the Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation, which offers many programs and also aims to help families obtain affordable housing. "Their philosophy of empowerment sends a strong message and I'm pleased to partner with them," Bon Jovi explained in a statement.

In its release, Avon describes Unplugged for Her as a floral Oriental fragrance available in October, and Unplugged for Him as a woody floral musk scent available in November.
