JACKSONVILLE, FL -- One man who used to make a living chopping up vegetable and helping chefs at Jacksonville restaurants, has received help through the Hero Dentist program.
The man, who did not want his name used for privacy reasons, became disabled and couldn't continue working.
On top of that, his dental health went from bad to unbearable.
His mother worked hard in his younger years, but they couldn't afford going to the dentist.
But thanks to Hero Dentist Dr. Nicholas Narducci, Clifford now has a set of brand new, custom-made teeth. The new teeth and dental work would cost $10,000.
If you need a Hero Dentist, you can send an email request. firstname.lastname@example.org. You can also call United Way's 211 and ask for other programs.
Please note that our Hero Dentists cannot possibly help everyone. There are just too many requests, but they will try to handle the most critical needs first.
