Casey Black DeSantis

Casey Black DeSantis is an Emmy Award winning television host who is entering her third year with First Coast Living.

Before her current position, Casey worked for the PGA TOUR hosting two shows: On The Tee, a live broadcast preceding Golf Channel coverage and PGA Tour Today, a daily recap of tournament play.

Casey was a morning anchor for WJXT-Channel 4 in Jacksonville before making the move the PGA Tour. During her eight year tenure at WJXT, Casey held various positions ranging from morning anchor to police beat reporter and weekend evening anchor.

Casey also hosted special reports such as "Protecting Your Identity" and primetime specials including "Stranger Danger" and "Real Life CSI," which earned her an Emmy nomination.

She also covered several military events, including deployments on the USS John F. Kennedy, an aircraft carrier, and the USS Florida, a nuclear powered submarine. Off-camera, Casey is a 5-time National Champion Equestrian and runner-up NCAA Champion.

Casey is married to Ron DeSantis, United States Representative for Congressional District 6 in Florida.
