Michael Dunn is arrested in Brevard County for a Jacksonville warrant on murder and attempted murder charges.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The man charged in the death of 17-year-old Jordan Davis is facing new charges.
Michael Dunn, 45, was originally charged with second degree murder and attempted murder in the death of Davis.

Now, Dunn is facing a first degree murder charge, three counts of attempted first degree murder and shooting or throwing a deadly missile, according to Duval County Clerk of Courts records.
Dunn's arraignment date has also been moved from Dec. 19 to Dec. 17.

Davis died after being shot during an argument at a Southside Jacksonville gas station that police say started over loud music.
