Jessica Clark reports in First Coast News' Southern Bureau. She covers the latest news and happenings in St. Johns, Clay, and Putnam Counties. Jessica joined the First Coast News staff in September 2005.
She's thrilled to be back in Florida, where she grew up. Jessica is from Tampa, but nearly every summer of her childhood, she vacationed in St. Augustine. She says, "I feel I'm returning to a familiar place. I simply love living and working in a paradise like St. Augustine."
Jessica comes to First Coast News from WRBL News 3 in Columbus, Georgia where she anchored the 5 p.m. newscast and reported daily. Jessica has also anchored and reported at WZVN ABC-7 in Ft. Myers, Florida and at WTVY News 4 in Dothan, Alabama.
Jessica is a Gator. She graduated from the University of Florida's Telecommunication-News program in 1997.
Jessica is an award winning journalist. Her accolades include awards from the Associated Press and from the University of Florida.
Jessica enjoys the outdoors, shopping for antiques, spending time with her husband, and playing with her cats.
