Pete Cataldo joined First Coast News in July of 2005. He can be seen on weekends, throughout the week and on Sports Final Sundays on NBC12 and ABC25.
Pete ? who hails from New Port Richey, FL ? graduated from Florida State University in 2002, majoring in Mass Communication, while receiving a minor in broadcast journalism from Florida A&M University.
Upon graduating, Pete started his career in Macon, Georgia, spending three years at the FOX affiliate as a one-man-band department, covering a wide variety of sports from high schools all the way to the NFL and MLB playoffs.
When not at work, Pete enjoys watching sports and staying in shape. He's currently studying to become a fully-licensed personal trainer.
