About Cynthia: Cynthia is a college educated, street smart young lady who has lots of personality. She loves to dance, travel, and learn. Some of her other attributes include being hardworking, world traveler, and trivia buff - mainly entertainment.

Sentinel Moment: I don't ever remember being skinny, skinny. However, when I look at some of my pictures I sure wish I was back there now. I was always the bigger one of my friends. The inital diagnosis of high blood pressure did not shake me, but when I could not shake it, I figured I have to do something else. When I could not buckle my shoes at my uncle's funeral was an A-ha moment. I finally get IT! I am on a mission.

You'll most likely see Cynthia: at the library, Dance Trance, a decorating store or any grocery store.

Weekend Activities: Watch movies, clear my TIVO, catch up on my soaps, get my hair done (and look like a girl for church on Sunday), and catch up with my friends.

Favorite Sports Teams: Any Detroit professional or college team (Michigan State University, University of Michigan). Other than that, Cynthia roots for the team that is winning or who ever has the cutest guy and any team where Kobe is not playing.

If I'm Watching a Movie or Listening to Music, it's probably: My two all time favorite movies are The Color Purple and Forest Gump. I quote something from those movies every day. I LOVE music. I listen to anything from Brittney Spears to Frankie Valli to Pitbull to Broadway to Whitney and Barry White.
