Hi, I'm Jeannie Blaylock, and welcome to KICK IT UP FIRST COAST - BIGGEST LOSER. We just finished helping thousands of school kids to "Fight the Couch" with our successful exercise program where teams of kids all over northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia put down their video games and got active. Thousands of activity minutes were logged in, keeping kids going strong for weeks and starting new lifetime healthy habits! Even some of the teachers got going and lost weight for the very first time.

Obesity is a critical problem across the country, but Florida is one of the most affected, and as many of you know Jacksonville is one of the least healthy cities in the country!
