JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Crowds filled the shadows underneath the Fuller Warren Bridge Saturday for opening day of the 2014 Riverside Arts Market.
It was a re-vamping of sorts for RAM. The winter portion of the market ran on Saturdays during January and February and featured around 40 vendors, but today's event attracted more than triple that.
"Really excited to have 142 vendors, I believe, in the market today," director of Riverside Arts Market Krysten Bennett said.
RAM, located under the Fuller Warren Bridgeon Riverside Avenue, will have a large variety of art, music and food most Saturdays during 2014.
RAM is in its sixth year.
Saturday's events included a parade through the market and an opening ceremony on the River Stage.
