JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Warm sunshine ruled our Tuesday, but don't put away the jackets and boots yet. A cold front will sweep through the region on Wednesday bringing clouds and bitter wind chills.
Highs will only 'warm' into the lower 50s on Wednesday with falling temperatures by the afternoon. At the bus stop it will feel like the 20s and lower 30s with wind chills in the 30s and 40s all day long!
A Hard Freeze Watch has been issued for all of the First Coast, including our beaches for Thursday morning. Make sure to take care of the 4 P's - people, pets, plants, and pipes!
However, a January thaw is on the way! Expect 60S and 70s to return by Saturday and Sunday respectively with plentiful sunshine. The Jaguar-Pats forecast is still looking spectacular with sunshine and kickoff temperatures in Foxboro, Massachusetts near 50 degrees.
While our forecast stays dry for now, it looks as if enough moisture may be present by late Monday and into early Tuesday of next week for some showers. Stay tuned!
