JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-- Good Morning! Our warmest pattern of the year hangs on for one more day ahead of our next cold front tonight. Despite increasing clouds this afternoon highs have no trouble pushing into the middle to upper 80s all the way to the beach thanks to a gusty southwest wind at 10-20 mph. Tonight a brief shower this evening but not enough to water the plants.

Friday is our coolest day of the week with a cool northeast breeze off the ocean. Highs only in the upper 60s at the beach to lower to middle 70s inland.

Weekend: Saturday is our weather pick with sunshine and highs in the lower to middle 70s. Sunday a round of rain greets us as we wake up but plenty of dry hours in the afternoon. Highs only in the lower 70s. Monday is still our soaker of a day with a strong thunderstorm possible. Highs in the upper 70s.
