JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. - Residents of Jacksonville Beach that have not evacuated for Hurricane Matthew have been placed under a 10 p.m. curfew for Thursday night. The curfew was put in place by Mayor William C. Latham.

Jacksonville Beach Police Department issued the city ordinance that will expire at 6 a.m. on Saturday, October 8.

The order may be extended based on storm related conditions, according to the document.
