The Jaguars will, in fact, have cornerback Jalen Ramsey available Sunday against the Arizona Cardinals.

The second-year defensive back injured his hand during a practice session Friday. He was listed as questionable on the final injury report but told multiple reporters he didn't think he would play in Week 12.

After receiving 48 hours to recover, Ramsey will start opposite A.J. Bouye at cornerback. Ramsey will have a tough task in coverage, as veteran wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald is known for making plays at all three wide receiver spots.

Unlike Ramsey, three offensive starters will miss the matchup against Arizona.

Wide receiver Allen Hurns (ankle), right tackle Jermey Parnell (knee) and left guard Patrick Omameh (quad) were ruled out earlier in the week and didn't take the trip to the desert this weekend.

Hurns suffered his injury at the end of the Week 10 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. He missed last week's win over the Cleveland Browns. He will be replaced by rookie wide receiver Keelan Cole opposite starter Marqise Lee.

Parnell will miss his third-straight game. He will be replaced by swing tackle Josh Wells.

Omameh missed last week's game as well. He will be replaced by Chris Reed at left guard.
