The Impact Christian Academy Lions faced off against Miami Christian in the 2A state title game on Tuesday in Lakeland.

After defeating North Florida Educational Institute in the final four the day before, the Lions looked to take it all back to Jacksonville.

The Lions led 16-14 after one period, but were down by four at the half. Turnovers were problematic, as ICA had 10 at the break. By the final buzzer the Lions turned the ball over 22 times.

Impact finished as the 2A runner up as Miami Educational took the win 59-46, for their fifth state title, and second in a row.
