JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- There are so many different ways to volunteer or contribute to the recovery and cleanup in the aftermath of Hurricane Matthew.

This is a living, breathing list because we know we won't be able to include every single event or volunteer opportunity around the First Coast and Southeast Georgia.

So with that in mind -- please write us on facebook or twitter using #FCNVolunteer to let us know what's going on un your area. You can also email us (news@firstcoastnews.com) your group's event that you'd like added and we'll put it on the list.

Here's what we have so far:

Jacksonville Beach cleanup during Oktoberfest: Sautrday, October 15, 11:00 a.m. You can click here to get more information and to sign up.

Jekyll Island Beach cleanup: Saturday, October 22.
