President Trump faces backlash over his reported disparaging remarks about immigration.
Among his critics: former vice president Joe Biden.
"It’s not how a president should speak," Biden tweeted. "It’s not how a president should behave. Most of all, it’s not what a president should believe. We’re better than this."
It's not a surprise that Biden would call out Trump. He's repeatedly criticized the president in the past, from Trump's foreign policy to Trump's response to violent clashes in Charlottesville, Va.
There's been speculation that the Delaware Democrat could be gearing up for a presidential run in 2020. He's openly expressed regret about not running in 2016, but has said he's not sure if it would be "appropriate" for him to run. Still, he hasn't ruled it out, either.
