JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- We've been telling you about the free dental clinic brought to you by the Apple Project, Community Health and Healing Hands for months. But you're probably wondering whether you qualify for the clinic's care.

First For You, we've compiled all the resources for you to check out if you're eligible for the free dental care and we've included them below.

To get on the waiting list, you'll need to pick up an application from the clinic:
