One person has been hospitalized after a fire broke out at a San Jose home Wednesday, according to the Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department.
Around 10 a.m., crews responded to the 6900 block of Salamanca Avenue and advised that heavy smoke was showing.
At this time, the condition of the person taken to the hospital is not known.
