JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Police have arrested the suspect in a Family Dollar robbery that happened on Tuesday.
The suspect JSO identified was Ryshawn Woolbright, 35. Police said he entered the store, located in the 2600 block of North Main Street, with a silver revolver around 5:45 p.m. Woolbright jumped over the counter and told the cashier to move before he grabbed the cash register, police said.
During the robbery, Woolbright shot a 72-year-old in the chest, then fled toward 16th Street, police said.
The victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
They arrested Woolbright. His next court appearance is Sept. 13 at 1 p.m.
