The personnel file of former Nassau County FIre Chief Matt Graves show he had a near-spotless record since holding the job.

Graves stepped down April 1 - just a week after the Bryceville fire burned over 700 acres in Nassau County. There has been no indication from county officials, however, for why he resigned from his job.

The near-400 pages of documents in his file show almost all remarks were positive for Graves since coming into the position in 2011.
