JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Multiple patrol vehicles with the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office are blocking off a road near Edward Waters College in the New Town area of Jacksonville.
JSO said police officers are responding to reports of gunfire. At this time, no shooting victims have been located nor has anyone called in saying they have been shot, according to police.
First Coast News reporter Shelby Danielsen is currently on the scene at Barnett and Second streets, saying an officer is going door-to-door talking to neighbors.
JSO told First Coast News police were on the scene since 3:15 p.m.
At this time, no other information was released.
