JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Former Congresswoman Corrine Brown and her cohorts in her fraud case will not receive final sentencing until Dec. 4, according to new court documents filed Sunday.

The sentencing presentations this week will continue as planned on Wednesday and Thursday, but the court will take matters under advisement and will reconvene at 10 a.m. on Dec. 4 in Courtroom 10D. This decision was signed by Judge Timothy J. Corrigan.

Brown was found guilty on 18 counts of felony fraud and other charges. Carla Wiley and Ronnie Simmons also face prison time and penalties for their roles in the One Door for Education fraud scheme.
