JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - A shocking moment was caught on cam showing a homeless man being attacked in Downtown Jacksonville Tuesday.

Attorney Belkis Plata said she heard a commotion outside of her law office on W. Adams Street. She said she saw a group of people arguing with the man, then someone punched him in the head and knocked him out.

Plata said she called 911 and started recording video.

In the video, you can see him knocked out. After, someone walks up to him and starts kicking him.

"Here comes a gentleman pushing a twin baby stroller and he has a child in there, and he walks right passed our door, parks the stroller, comes back and kicks the man while he's down," Plata said. "He then gets the baby and continues to walk away."

Plata said several people walked by without stopping.

The man's head was bleeding so she applied pressure until paramedics were there and took him away.

She shared the video in hopes that someone will come forward with information about what happened.
