UPDATE: The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said the 3-year-old has passed away on Monday.
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Jacksonville Fire and Rescue and the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office were at the scene of a near drowning of a 3-year-old boy on Thursday.
When police arrived on scene, they found a neighbor performing CPR on the toddler. The 3-year-old was taken to the hospital and was listed in critical condition. The child was visiting from Baltimore for two weeks.
This occurred in the 10800 block of Kuralei Drive in the Sandalwood neighborhood.
A woman passed out on the scene, according to our crew there, and was transported as well.
