Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp holding job fair at ballpark Wednesday

The job fair Saturday begins at 9 a.m. and will continue until 1 p.m. Anyone attending must wear a face mask.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — With baseball season fast approaching, the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp is hosting the first of two job fairs at 121 Financial Ballpark. 

The job fair begins at 9 a.m. and will continue until 1 p.m. The Jumbo Shrimp will host a second job fair on Feb. 17 between 4:30 p.m. - 8 p.m. at 121 Financial Ballpark.

Parking for the events will be in Lot P and applicants may enter through the Home Plate Gate at the corner of A. Philip Randolph Boulevard and East Adams Street.

Among the the jobs the Jumbo Shrimp are hiring for:

  • Concessions Manager  
  • Concessions Floor Supervisor  
  • Warehouse Manager  
  • Suite Attendant  
  • Concessions Workers  
  • Concessions Cook  
  • Bartender  
  • Warehouse Worker  
  • Party Deck Attendant  
  • Vending Hawker  
  • Line Cook  
  • Kitchen Utility  
  • Cashier  
  • Keg Operator  
  • Office Coordinator 
  • Clean Team 

 All of the jobs are seasonal jobs. There 70 home games scheduled this season. Employees may also work during additional stadium events and training.

Anyone attending the job fair must wear a face covering. Attendees are also encouraged to bring a resume and dress appropriately for a job interview.
