KINGLAND, GA -- Lockheed Martin is a place of serious business. Missiles for Trident subs are assembled at the facility on Kings Bay Naval Base in Georgia.
But it doesn't mean the employees don't have a soft spot for helping people in need.
The employees had chili cook-offs, donation challenges and all sorts of activities to raise more than $1800 for our new Mammogram Hotline for underserved women and men.
At least three of their co-workers are breast cancer survivors.
They understand the critical need for early detection.
So hats off to Lockheed Martin. Click on the video to see more.
If you can't afford a mammogram call our new M-Line at 1-877-9-MY-MAMO. A real person will answer your call.
